Anticimex Group announces the Acquisition of SeeToo Pest Control

Anticimex Group has announced that it has acquired the pest control company of Seetoo Pest Control Pte Ltd, Singapore and SeeToo Pest Control (M) Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia, the 9th acquisition for Anticimex Singapore and the 2nd in Malaysia.

Seetoo Pest Control has been a professional and well-run business that offers pest control services to both the B2C and B2B market sectors. The transaction will strengthen Anticimex’s position Singapore as well as in the growing city of Johor Bahru in Johor Malaysia.

These new acquisitions are in addition to the nine pest control companies that Anticimex Asia has acquired since entering the market in 2016. For Anticimex it forms part of the strategy to expand its footprint across the Asia market via solid organic growth with Smart Pest Control offerings and the potential of further acquisitive growth.
